While Trinity remains true to its expertise and roots, our Development Team is constantly seeking new and unique opportunities. In New Development, our industry has changing needs that require creative solutions for a brand new generation of challenges from both the Developer and Tenant perspective.

We currently have 11 Large Format shopping centres, 6 Urban shopping centres, and 2 Community shopping centres under various stages of development. In 2012-2013 we are increasing our focus to include more urban mixed-use opportunities in Canada, and we are expanding outside of the country to develop retail concepts in Russia.
