Community Updates - February 9, 2012

Good afternoon,

During our last Resident's Representative Meeting, we committed to providing the community with an overview of the upcoming construction phases for 30 Weston Road.  
 
We have outlined each phase of site activity below, including a brief description of the type of work we'll be undertaking and the approximate timelines that we're anticipating.

Approximate Timing: Spring/Summer 2012
Description of Activity: Post Earthwork Compaction

Approximate Timing: Spring/Summer 2012
Description of Activity: Civil work, consisting of construction of underground storm, sanitary, water and electrical systems and assessment of need for brief, follow-up dynamic compaction. Note: As committed, we will provide the community with advance notice if any dynamic compaction is required.
 
Approximate Timing: Spring/Summer 2012
Description of Activity: Commence construction of retaining wall

Approximate Timing: Summer 2012
Description of Activity: Commence construction of buildings and parking structure on south side of site

Approximate Timing: Fall 2012
Description of Activity: Commence construction of buildings and parking structure on north side of the site
 
Approximate Timing: Spring/Summer 2013
Description of Activity: Surface work, including paving and landscaping
   
Approximate Timing: Spring/Summer/Fall 2013
Description of Activity: Off-site work including turning lanes and road improvements
 
We remain committed to providing consistent updates on the work taking place on the site. Going forward, we will send a monthly community update.  As we move through the construction program, these updates will include any modifications to the scheduled timing and activities, so that you consistently have a clear sense of the work taking place.
